    We DO NOT accept returns. If your item is damaged in shipping, Abyss Lure is NOT responsible to replace the item. You should reach out to your shipping facility or local postal office to open a claim. BEFORE returning an item, please contact support@abysslure.com to discuss your options.
  • How can I properly care for THE LIGHT WITHIN bracelet?
    To properly care for THE LIGHT WITHIN bracelet and maintain its lasting beauty, it is best to handle it with care. Please take care to gently open the bracelet just underneath the painted gem to avoid damaging the beads. Remove the bracelet before activities like showering or swimming as prolonged contact with water or chemicals can damage the materials. Additionally, to prevent tarnishing, it is recommended to wipe your bracelet down with a soft cloth regularly. By following these care instructions, you can enjoy THE LIGHT WITHIN bracelet for years to come. I've had mine for 6 years and she is still as beautiful as the first time I put her on. I usually wear her on top of my clothing, simply because I wear a lot of sleeves and I want mine to be seen as she is my reflection.
  • What is your refund policy?
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Abyss Lure will work with you to determine how we can resolve issues that may arise. We do not return shipping costs. If we have provided a tracking number to you, then we have fulfilled the shipping contract to send you the item. If your item is Returned to Sender due to a Refused Package or Incorrect Address and you have not corrected the shipping issue or decided to cancel your order, then we will refund your items less 30% restocking fee.
  • What is the warranty for jewelry?
    At Abyss Lure, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. Although each item goes through testing and quality assurance before being packaged, there are times where an item may be damaged for whatever reason.   • Caring for your BEADED bracelet
    Please take care to gently roll the bracelet on and off your wrist. Remove the bracelet before activities like showering or swimming so as not to damage the beads. To ensure the lasting beauty of the bracelet, it is best to avoid prolonged contact with water or chemicals. Be sure to also keep your bracelet away from high temperatures, as this can cause the beads to crack. When storing your bracelet, it's best to keep it in a soft, dry place where it won't be damaged by other jewelry. With proper care, your Abyss Lure bracelet will stay beautiful for years to come.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    LOST OR STOLEN: Kindly be aware that Abyss Lure holds no liability for lost or stolen packages. If a tracking number has been provided to you, it is recommended to collaborate with the shipping company to address any issues related to lost or stolen packages. NOT RECEIVED: If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office or shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that I am not able to see on my end. If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office or shipping facility to be reimbursed for any lost or stolen packages. INCORRECT ADDRESS: Please note that Abyss Lure will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. If your item is shipped to the wrong address, the package is often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, I will contact you once the item is returned to me. You will be responsible for shipping to the newly provided address upon verification.
  • Shipping Status
    As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe. We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.
  • SHIPPING
    Please allow 1-3 calendar days for your item to be shipped. Once your order has left our possession and entered the possession of the US Postal Service or other shipping providers, we are no longer responsible for the order. Please contact USPS or the relevant shipping provider for any questions or updates concerning your package. You will need the tracking number provided to you in the order confirmation email to track the progress of your package. We appreciate your understanding and patience and strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for our customers.

    USA - Free Standard Shipping on US orders! Australia & Canada - Free Standard Shipping valid on orders over $100+ US Dollars. All other International countries/regions - Free Standard USPS International Shipping valid on orders over $150+ US Dollars. Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total.
